Can I pay in installments? / Pwede po hulugan? 

Yes. Make sure to always submit your POP every time you make a payment so we can verify it. Once you submit payment, select the balance payment tab on our payment form.

 

Can I cancel my order? 

Yes as long as you cancel within the pre-order period. Once the pre-order period is over, we can no longer cancel your order since we already submitted your order to our supplier.

 

Pwede po ipasalo yung slot ko?

Yes you can. Message us on Facebook for further instructions. Ask the slot taker for his or her email address address, contact and shipping info of the slot taker. Once the item arrives, we will be contacting that person.

How do I claim my Hobbita Points?

Points are given to those who pay in full. If you chose to  pay downpayment first, you will receive your points upon completing/ paying for your order in full.
