Can I pay in installments? / Pwede po hulugan?
Yes. Make sure to always submit your POP every time you make a payment so we can verify it. Once you submit payment, select the balance payment tab on our payment form.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes as long as you cancel within the pre-order period. Once the pre-order period is over, we can no longer cancel your order since we already submitted your order to our supplier.
Can I wait for my other orders before shipping?
Yes but an item that arrived should be paid within the given period and NOT until all items have arrived. We can consolidate items but not for too long, in case we need to have your order shipped, we will inform you.
How can I get Hobbita SUKI incentives?
Have at least 4 completed pre-orders from us (any figure from any brand).
Need po ba magbayad agad ng down payment especially for limited items?
Payment deadline is listed along with the item available for pre order whether limited or not. You can pay on or before the deadline. As for the limited items that have allocation, we suggest you pay after we confirm your order.

How do I claim my Hobbita Points?
Points are given to those who pay in full. If you chose to pay downpayment first, you will receive your points upon completing/ paying for your order in full.
